JOINING PRI HAEMEK

 

Season:

• 20 weeks from early June – November

 

Shares:

• Full Share - 10 different vegetables each week for $510 plus a membership fee of $36

• Medium Share - 7 different vegetables each week for $410 plus a membership fee of $36

• Small Share – 5 different vegetables each week for $310 plus a membership fee of $36

 

You can support the CSA by becoming a member for $36 even if you choose not to buy a share.

 

Distributions:

• Held once a week at Temple Beth-El, Poughkeepsie.

• Thursdays at 4:00-6:30pm.

 

Shareholders will be required to volunteer time by helping at the distribution or by serving in another capacity.

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY

 

Surplus vegetables are delivered by our members to the Lunch Box each week. There, they help provide nutritious meals for needy families in Poughkeepsie.

 

We also provide tzedaka shares for a few families who may not be able to afford the full membership, but are welcomed as active members of the CSA.

 

ABOUT Temple Beth-El

The pick-up location for the 2017 season will be at Temple Beth-El, a Conservative Jewish congregation.

 

It is located at:

118 South Grand Avenue

Poughkeepsie, NY 12603

The pick-up location is behind the Temple Beth-El building and can also be reached from Park Avenue between

College Avenue and Hooker Avenue.
